Barra Castle Wedding
Golden hour! In December! In Scotland! Naaaah.
Pip and Callum threw this absolute belter of a wedding at Barra Castle, just outside of Aberdeen, and what a day it was. The day had a bit of everything thrown in, with sword arches, confetti, smoke bombs, illegal dance moves and sparklers there was so much going on. It was a joy to be involved in.
The morning preparations started off at the lodge in Barra Castle where Pip and her bridesmaids were getting ready. The wedding itself was a short drive away at a church in Oldmeldrum where Pip and Callum were married in a ceremony conducted by Pip's Stepdad which made the ceremony extra special. Callum, being in the military, meant they were met outside the church by a sword arch and then it was on to Barra Castle for the remainder of the day. It being the tail end of December, meant it was a cosy reception in the event space which was decorated amazingly and guests were kept well fed by the absolutely unreal food supplied by Lazy Sunday Catering. The reception saw Corra getting the party started and ensuring the dancefloor was packed all night. The day was an absolute joy to be involved in.
